To be a member of the Welsh Dragon Chapter Cardiff you also have to be a member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG®)
We operate under the rules of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G®)

Membership of the Welsh Dragon Chapter Cardiff is a very reasonable £30.00 per year, which is due on 1st January. A spouse/partner can also be a Member for the reduced rate of £10.00 per year but they have to be sponsored by a full member.
